Description
Japanese dish and flower
This is one of Anna's very first still lifes with Japanese dishes brought from Yuzhno-Kurilsk.
The fact is that until now, the inhabitants of the Kuril island of Kunashir still find ancient Japanese dishes.
This dish once belonged to a Japanese family that lived on the island until 1945.
After the victory, the Japanese were deported to their homeland, to Japan.
And their houses and property were mercilessly razed to the ground by bulldozers.
No need to fight against Russia, on the side of Fascism!
The painting "Japanese dish and flower" is in the private collection of Elena Danilova, Lytkarino, Moscow city.
